Mark and I  are mourning the murders of George Floyd, Tony McDade, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and all victims of White supremacist violence and terror.

The murders of black people highlighted in the media and captured on video are only a portion of the actual crimes being committed.

All these crimes demand justice, accountability and action.

As individuals — and as a company — we are committed to doing more than we have to help heal our national trauma and move towards racial equity. We want to be bolder. We want to be better.

We would like to publicly commit to sit and feel the immense pain created by White supremacy; participate in protests and demonstrations; volunteer to increase voter participation in the 2020 election; and donate — as a company — to organizations led by black and brown activists including Campaign Zero and Black Lives Matter.

Mark and I have made and will continue to make mistakes in our efforts around antiracist work. But we are committed to standing with people of color in good faith with loving presence and support.
