I am getting obsessed with simplicity, much as i am already with authenticity.

There is ample evidence that too many options cause psychic stress.   Offering multiple options in an email is likely to drive down response rates.

Sometimes options are good.  We strongly suspect that giving online donors options about how much and what kind of email they receive is sorely missing from most online fundraising programs.  But I’d also include the “just send me the usual amount” option for those who dont want to make the choices for themselves.
