Storytelling is so central to donor engagement and brand building, there must clearly be someone in charge of it.

This person doesn’t have to find all the stories — that’s the job of everyone on staff. But your Chief Storyteller should be tasked with developing stories with clear and compelling narratives and distributing them to any staff person who could use a fresh anecdote.
